Ben Todd, 92, of Evansville, Indiana went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2022. Ben was born on May 23, 1930 in Nebo, Kentucky to Frank and Eva Todd.
Ben enjoyed fishing, coin collecting, and gardening. He was a member of Friendship Church for over sixty years and loved reading his bible. Ben was such an amazing family man and enjoyed spending as much time as he could with them. He loved basketball and watched every UK game. He also retired from Sears and Roebuck & Co. after 30 years of service.
Ben is survived by his wife of 72 years Nettie Todd. Also, missing him is his son Mark (Kim) Todd as well as many grandchildren; Jeremy (Charlotte) Todd, Stephanie (Dr. Wes) Feltner, Priscilla (Ryan) Cowan, Travis (Kristy) Todd, and Amber (John) Ringwall. He is also survived by his great grandkids; Samantha, Bryon, Austin, Nathan, Kennedy, Reagan, Jensen, Caleb, Audrey, Ashlyn and his great- great granddaughter Hannah. Also, missing Ben is his siblings; Taylor Todd, Carl Todd, Paul Todd, and Kathy Sue Buxton. Ben is also survived by his sister n laws Janet (Rech) Todd & Khelia (Farley) Todd.
Ben is preceded in death by his two sons Dennis Ray Todd and Larry Dale Todd. Also, preceded in death by his grandson David Alan Todd as well as his siblings; Jim, Virginia Rice, Dave, Dick, Dan, Helen Simmons, Ruth Hinton, Fred Todd, Tom Todd, and Mack Todd. Also, preceded by his parents Frank and Eva Todd.
There will be visitation for Ben Monday 29th, 2022 from 11am to 1pm at Sunset Funeral Home & Memorial Park with service starting at 1pm with graveside services to follow.
In Lieu of flowers please make donations in honor of Ben to the Evansville Blind Association.
