Charleen Hayden

Charleen Hayden, 76, of Evansville, Indiana passed on February 21, 2021. Charleen was born in Kentucky to Boss and Jane Snodgrass.

Charleen was such a loving mother, grandma, and great grandmother. She had a love of the outdoors. She enjoyed being outside every chance she got from fishing to camping. She always had a great time playing BINGO and loved NASCAR watching her favorite Jimmy Johnson. Charleen was an Elvis fan. She loved listening to him as well as collecting items about him.

Charleen will be missed by her children; Mark (Lisa) Hayden, Randy (Missi) Hayden, and Cassandra (Bob) Houchin. Also, she will be missed by her grandchildren; Marcus (Victoria) Houchin, Matthew (Amanda) Houchin, Amber (Aaron) Miller, and Randy Hayden Jr. She loved being GG to her great grandkids that adored her; Caitlin Abel, Damien Abel, Paul Houchin, Maddie Abel, Harli Houchin, Logan Houchin, and Jayla Houchin. Also, she is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Charleen is preceded in death by her parents Snodgrass; her loving husband Paul Hayden; and her sister Jayne Barnhill; and her grandson Brandon Houchin.
Visitation for Charleen will be Tuesday February 23, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home from 4pm to 7pm. There will be visitation on Wednesday February 24, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home from 9am to 10am, and service will start at 10am. There will be graveside service following.
