Kevin Stewart, 88, went home to be with the Lord on May 4, 2023. He was born on July 15, 1934, to Arthur James and Charlotte Stewart in Chicago, Illinois.
Kevin was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Kevin worked at Alcoa for several years and retired in 1999. Kevin was a faithful lifelong member of Grace and Peace Lutheran Church. He loved spending time with his family. Kevin will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 69 beautiful years Oddie Mae (Duffy) Stewart; children Penny (James) Gordon, Karen (Marshall) Clardy, Cheryl (Charles) Hobbs, Pamela (Randy) Stewart, Derek Stewart, James (Alicia) Stewart; 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother Harold Stewart; and a host of loving extended family.
Kevin was preceded in death by his two sons Kevin Dwain Stewart and Arthur Scott Stewart; siblings Melvin, Orville, Eugene, Janice, Audrey, and Patricia.
Visitation will be held at 9am until the time of service at 10am on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Sunset Funeral Home.
