Ricky L. Anderson, 61, passed away on April 29, 2023. He was born on September 20, 1961, to Tom Anderson and Sharon (Castrup) Anderson in Chandler, Indiana.
Ricky worked for the Carpenters Local Union for over 30 years. He loved being outdoors fishing. He looked forward to having his friends and family over for a pig roast or cooking ribs on the grill. He was an avid Colts and NASCAR fan. He was a talented musician; he played upright bass in a bluegrass band called Indiana Grass. Above all, he loved spending time with his family.
Ricky is survived by his siblings Judy Phillips and Kathy (Don) Hurm; nieces Chastity McKinney, Ronnie Jean, Amanda England; 6 great nieces and nephews; 6 great-great nieces and nephews; and many loving extended family.
Ricky was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Sharon Anderson; nephew-in-law Ronnie Blackford.
There will be no services at this time.
