Ronald G. Tapp, 74, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2020 at home surrounded by family. He was born on January 26, 1945 to Gordon and Helen Tapp.
Ronald was an outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing, and living off the land. Some people knew him as “Wild Man.” Ronald was very adventurous and had a kind spirit. He would help anyone whenever he could. Ronald was also a handy man. He could work on anything mechanical. He was also a volunteer firefighter. Ronald was also a direct Native American descendant. He loved any and all animals. Ronald was the best listener and big brother to anyone who wanted to talk.
Ronald is survived by his children Ronald W. (Tammy) Tapp, Misie (Kim) Smith, James Tapp, and Rudy Tapp; his companion Pamela Huff; his grandchildren John, Terra, Brooke, Brittani, Hailey, Nicholi, and Ciara; his sister Veva Davis; his brother of another mother Tommy Finley; and many loving nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Ronald was preceded in death by his son John Tapp; his parents; his granddaughter Nikki Tapp; his siblings Sheila Simpkins, William Tapp, Jackie Gillenwater, Kathy Ottinger, Daniel Tapp, Joann Wood, and Carolyn Hancock.
