Stephen A. Myers, 60, passed away on July 17, 2023. He was born on November 8, 1962, to Stephen E. Myers and Maureen (Mifflin) Parr in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Stephen was a proud Veteran serving as a Heavy Vehicle Operator for 23 years in the United States Marine Corps and National Guard. He worked as a Machine Operator at Wabash Plastic following his time in the service. He was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan. If Stephen wasn’t outside working on cars, you would find him watching his favorite trilogy, Star Trek. Stephen was a proud husband, father, and grandfather, his family was his world.
Stephen is survived by his wife of 25 wonderful years Joyce Myers; children Lynsea Myers, Andrew Myers (Kendra), Billy Mattingly, Tony Mattingly, and several loving step-children; grandchildren Corbyn, Carter, Alexander, Dayton, Hailey; mother Maureen Parr; 4 siblings; and numerous extended family.
Stephen was preceded in death by his father Stephen E. Myers and 3 siblings.
Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at 12pm on Monday, July 24, 2023, at Sunset Funeral Home with a burial to directly follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
