William “Bill” A. Wells, 86, went to his heavenly home on July 23, 2023. He was born on December 24, 1936, to William M. Wells and Pauline (Hammers) Wells in Central City, Kentucky.

Bill worked for Zeidler’s Flower Shop for over 25 years. Before Zeidler’s, he ran a Service Station. In his spare time, he loved fishing, working on cars, and woodworking. He was an avid country music fan. He treasured the memories he made with his late wife, Minnie, in the beautiful 53 years they shared together. Bill and Minnie had a love for traveling. Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. He cherished the time spent with his family. Bill will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bill is survived by his daughter Paula (Bill) Spring; grandchildren Samantha Spring (Mark Berry) and Sydney Spring; great-grandchildren Riley and Weston; siblings Kenneth (Barb) Wells, Tom (Janie) Wells, Jenny (James) Wolfe; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife Minnie Sue Wells; his parents William M. Wells and Pauline Wells; and his sister Betty Holland.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
